Charles Rickards and Ed Green approached us in 2014 with an idea – a new online livestock auction platform, or put simply Ebay for cattle. It needed a name, brand positioning and some ‘beefy’ design to bring it all to life.
We immediately knew that Ed should be the figurehead of this new venture. He’s a farmer, bringing a unique new online service to other farmers…. So we called the new brand Farmer Green. The website allows buyers to view and bid on livestock, without the hassle of having to travel for miles to an auction. And because the web site is optimised for use on smartphones, farmers can buy and sell whilst working on the farm.
